IDEAS!!!!

What can I say, it's was a mother of a class! 
Darren started us off with 'road running' entertainment. 


WHY WHY WHY??? We asked ourselves was Darren showing us this classic cartoon...?

• Coyote has numerous ideas - realistic or not
• He tries again and again and again...
• he fails over and over but carries on and tries again with a new approach

This is something we must learn to use in our idea generation process, right?! It's very useful to approach our process of thinking laterally. Thinking sideways - is a key to creating a new pattern system in our minds - new paths of storing information for the use of generating ideas for now and the future. 


Today was really difficult for me, grasping Darren and Catherine's clever concept of ideas generation he introduced us to, we are not obliged to stick with this process but incorporating our own process is good too but this way is very helpful, it breaks it down systematically because sometimes when I'm given a brief I subconsciously start thinking of a possible final result and this gets me anxious, an uncontrollable urge to rush my way through the process to get the final idea down  - without thoroughly working through other alternatives than just one or two.
